Kelli McEntee, MD
Dr. Kelli McEntee is a board-certified gynecologist with subspecialty training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). She specializes in complex gynecology, including abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, congenital uterine abnormalities and benign pelvic masses. Dr. McEntee is experienced in laparoscopy, robotics, mini-laparotomy and vaginal surgery. She performs fertility sparing surgery for endometriosis and fibroids, as well as gender-affirming surgery. She offers in-office procedures, including hysteroscopy and ultrasound. She is passionate about providing excellence in complex gynecology care to the Spokane region.
Dr. McEntee graduated from medical school at the University of Washington with honors. She had the privilege of spending most of medical school in Spokane, where she fell in love with this wonderful city. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at the University of California Davis in Sacramento, receiving awards for excellence in pelvic surgery, resident teaching, and research exploring postoperative opioid use after hysterectomy. She then pursued an additional two years of advanced surgical training, completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. She has authored several journal articles and presented her work at national meetings.
