Fertility-preserving procedures
Fertility-preserving procedures
Uterine septum correction, tubal reversal, and ectopic pregnancy management.
For patients who wish to preserve or restore fertility, we offer procedures that address structural abnormalities and other conditions that can affect reproductive potential.
Hysteroscopic correction of a uterine septum removes the tissue dividing the uterine cavity and can improve pregnancy outcomes. Tubal reversal reconnects the fallopian tubes after a prior tubal ligation. We also manage ectopic pregnancies—pregnancies that implant outside the uterus—using the least invasive approach appropriate to each case.
