About the organization

Columbia Surgical Specialists exists to deliver the Inland Northwest’s premier surgical experience—coordinated, patient-centered care across the specialties we support. We are an independent physician group in a professional services agreement with Providence Medical Group.

Our teams see patients from across the Inland Northwest and are contracted with the vast majority of insurance products, including plans affiliated with other health systems, so you can focus on getting the right care.

Ear, nose & throat

Spokane ENT offers complete care for ear, nose, and throat conditions—including hearing and balance, sinus and allergy, voice and swallowing, sleep-related breathing issues, and advanced otology, rhinology, and head & neck surgery.

Our general surgery team provides a broad range of elective and urgent procedures— including hernia repair, gallbladder and other gastrointestinal surgery, endocrine and thyroid operations, breast surgery, and complex abdominal care—with emphasis on minimally invasive options when appropriate.
